Monday to Friday: 9am - 4:30pm*
(*breaks @ 10-10:15am & 3-3:15pm; lunch @ 12-12:45pm)

All orders are shipped F.O.B. from our Toronto warehouse within a minimum of 2-3 working days, based on stock availability.
