Custom Colours
PFGD means Prepared For Garment Dye; any style listed with the PFGD in the colour availability is available for custom dyeing. Minimum order for a customized colour must be adjusted to the dye-load size. Exact PFGD minimum depends on the specific style; please contact our office for more information. Custom dying provided by WS & Company, Ltd.
Custom Styles
Looking for more? You can re-design or alter any style that you like. The minimum order for custom designs is 200 units per style and may consist of two colours and any combination of sizes. Custom garment manufacturing by WS & Company, Ltd.
Private Labeling
Private labeling is also available. Create your own branded products. You can supply us with labels or we can make them for you. Ask your Sales Representative for minimums.
Screen Printing, Embroidery and Embellishment

Fabrics

7.5 oz. Combed Cotton Jersey
Natural, soft and comfortable, cotton is the principal clothing fiber of the world. Our cotton jersey is noticeably softer and smoother because it’s waved with ring-spun combed cotton and woven finer. This lightweight fine jersey is exceptionally smooth and tight-knit, making it just as opaque as the 9 oz. version. Ideal for screen printing and embroidery.
9 oz. Combed Cotton Jersey
Weaved with the finest combed cotton, this premium jersey will not disappoint. Similar to its lighter weight version (7.5 oz.) in handfeel, this jersey is durable enough for heavy work-outs, yet is extremely wearable. The wear is soft and gentle. Ideal for screen printing and embroidery.
11 oz. Workout Jersey
The perfect blend of cotton and rayon, this unique Workout Jersey drapes, has a soft, silky hand and has been pre-washed for shrinkage control. Not just your average jersey, this fabric has a distinctive yarn and cotton blend to give its heathered look. Ideal for screen printing and embroidery.
14 oz. Combed Cotton Rib
Weaved with fine, super soft ring-spun combed cotton, this 1 x 1 rib has one rib up and one rib down, giving it about 50% stretch across the grain, making it the ideal choice for typically form fitting and everyday wear styles. Ideal for embroidery.
16 oz. Fleece
The most popular fleece in our line-up. Heavy in cotton, with a touch of polyester to give it extra wash and wear properties, this fabric is napped to perfection. It strikes a good balance between comfort and durability and is available in a wide range of colours. Ideal for screen printing, embroidery and appliqué.
20 oz. Fleece
Probably the beefiest 100% cotton fleece in the marketplace, the weight, comfort and plush hand-feel is unbelievably natural. The yarn and fibre for this fabric is densely weaved to create one of the heaviest fleeces in the industry. Compared to other heavy fleeces, it is also much easier to work with in terms of printing and embroidering. Ideal for screen printing, embroidery and appliqué.
