Terms & Conditions
Minimum 24 units per order. There is a 10% up-charge on all XXL sizes. While quantities last. All sample orders are at regular price. Add $10 handling fee on every order under 24 units. All samples are non-refundable. 25% restocking fee on all exchanges. Only blanks will be considered for exchange/refund. Payment: All initial orders are C.O.D. Net 30 terms are available to customers who meet our credit requirements. All shipments remain property of Wing Son Garments until full payment is recevied. Private Labeling: There is an additional $0.35 charge per unit for private labels. Labels must be present at the time of order. Custom Orders: Most regular stock tems are availabe in PFGD (prepared for garment dye). Colours can be customized to your needs. The average minimum order is 144 units per colour (composed of any combination of sizes). Exact PFGD minimum depends on the specific style; please contact our office for more information. All styles can be customized or re-designed for your requirements. The minimum order is 200 units per style, which may be comprised of up to two colours and any combination of sizes. Claims and Returns: All orders are shipped F.O.B. from our Toronto warehouse. Shortages and packing errors must be reported no later then 3 days after receipt of shipment. Wing Son Garments will not be responsible for discrepancies on orders received by parties other than the invoiced customer. Returns will only be made if an error has been made on our part. All return requests must have written authorization from our credit manager and referenced by an invoice prior to approval. For further information, please contact our customer service department. No other cases will be accepted. Samples are not returnable.
